    Lauren Davies – Manager Moorgate Croft

    Lauren's journey from apprentice carer to manager at Moorgate Croft is a testament to her dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care.

    Her passion for care shines through in every interaction with residents and staff, making Moorgate Croft a truly special place to live.

    Leigh-Ann Peace – Manager Moorgate Hollow

    Leighann has been a dedicated member of the Moorgate Hollow team for over 13 years, starting as a domestic cleaner and progressing to become the home's manager. With an NVQ level 5 in management, she is equipped to lead the team and provide exceptional care.

    Leighann's passion lies in connecting with residents and families. She and her team work tirelessly to ensure that everyone receives the care and support they need. Her leadership is characterised by empathy, compassion and a commitment to creating a supportive environment.

    Lara Beardshaw – Manager Moorgate Lodge

    Lara Beardshaw  joins us in December 2025 as Manager at Moorgate Lodge, bringing with her a strong background and a genuine passion for person-led care. She began her career in the care sector as an Activities Coordinator, where she discovered her love for supporting individuals to live fulfilling, meaningful lives. Through her dedication, commitment, and natural leadership, Lara progressed through her career to become Manager.

    Although now in a leadership role, activities and person-centred care remain at the heart of everything Lara does. She is passionate about ensuring residents are supported as individuals, with their interests, choices, and wellbeing always prioritised. Lara takes pride in creating a warm, engaging environment where residents feel valued, empowered, and truly at home.

    Claire Lane, Marketing Manager

    Claire began working for Park Lane Healthcare 19 years ago working in accounts but since taking a break to have her three girls, is back in action as the Hospitality & Marketing Manager. It's a role that keeps her on her toes, but she wouldn't have it any other way!

    She makes sure the residents feel comfortable and welcome, supports the activities team with all sorts of fun events, and keeps everyone in the loop with the monthly newsletter and Facebook updates.

    Andrew Shepherd, Operations and Compliance Director

    Andrew studied law, working extensively for the Crown Prosecution Service in West Yorkshire before joining us. He obtained enormous experience in all aspects of law in a fast moving, high-pressure environment.

    His deep examination of the legal aspects of running care homes in an ever complex world, where health and safety issues, the Mental Capacity Act and numerous other critical issues are at the fore, have proved vital in delivering the correct decisions for Park Lane Healthcare.

  • Sandra Hustwick, Quality Director

    Sandra joined Park Lane Healthcare in March 2025 as Quality Director. She began her career in nursing before moving into the private care sector, where she progressed to senior leadership roles, including Regional Manager for several major care groups. Sandra brings with her a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care, and we are delighted to welcome her to the team.

Charlotte, Pam, Kristen, Annie, Lisa, Jess and Megan are our dedicated Activities Team at Moorgate Care Village. They bring energy, creativity and a passion for making life fun and engaging for our residents.

From organising dominoes clubs to planning regular outings, our Activities Team ensures that there is always something exciting happening seven days a week. They understand the importance of social, emotional and mental well-being and strive to create a vibrant and fulfilling environment for our residents.

We believe that life at Moorgate Care Village should be the start of a new chapter filled with possibilities, and our Activities Team is committed to helping make that happen.
